Special Décor Request

Several years ago, a client in Largo, MD, dreamed of an ‘English Tea Garden’ theme bedroom. She communicated to me exactly what she wanted, in terms of furniture, color scheme, and most importantly, wallpaper. I visited the Washington Design Center in Washington, D.C., and found exactly what she was looking for, hand painted silk wallpaper. Once installed, the wallpaper was classified as ‘art’ and valued at over $5,000. Here’s a photo of the outcome:
