Home Staging Service
Vacant Home Staging
At Bonnye Melson Interior Designs, we make empty properties feel like home. Browse this page to learn more about our process.
We will contact you by phone for an initial interview where we will discuss your budget and timeline.
We will come to your property to take measurements and pictures. During this process, we will also discuss the design direction that will best suit your home.
We will work to create a unique home staging plan for your property.
We will handle everything—from moving in the furniture to carefully placing the accessories in your home. Our home staging service costs a flat rate per square foot, with the first monthly rental fee for furniture and accessories at no cost to you.
Occupied Home Staging
Our team will design your home to make it market-ready. We will work at your convenience, and you will be the boss from the beginning to the end of the project. Find out how our occupied home staging works!
Through a phone interview, we will discuss your budget, timeline, and current living situation.
We will visit your home to take pictures and measurements, as well as develop the design direction that suits your home. We will then decide which of the existing furniture and accessories will remain and what needs to be added.
Personalized Staging Report
At the end of the consultation, we will provide a personalized staging report. This contains your home’s room-by-room information, including a checklist of to-dos, a shopping list, and any cosmetic recommendations.
You will have the option to do-it-yourself using our personalized staging report, or you may hire us to handle the work for you. There will also be a monthly rental fee for our provided furniture and accessories.
“Furniture is needed for practical reasons, and because it must be there, it may as well be as pleasant as possible to look at, and in a less definable psychological way, comforting to the spirit.”
